Data we collect
PollenNow has no HunCut account, advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking. Our service receives standard network data needed to answer API requests, but does not build user profiles.
Location
Precise location is processed only on your iPhone to find the nearest catalog city within 250 km. Coordinates are not sent to HunCut or WeatherMetro.
Favorites and iCloud
Favorites are stored locally with SwiftData and may sync through your private iCloud database. HunCut cannot access that private database. Without iCloud, favorites remain local.
Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions, the free trial, lifetime purchase, restoration, refunds and payment information through StoreKit. HunCut receives entitlement status, not payment-card details.
Pollen provider
The backend requests aggregated pollen forecasts for catalog cities from WeatherMetro. It caches only city-level environmental forecasts for up to 24 hours and does not send device location.
Retention
City forecasts are fresh for six hours and may be retained for up to 24 hours for service continuity. Local favorites remain until you delete them or the app.
Deletion
Remove favorites in the app. To remove synced copies, delete the app data from your iCloud settings. For support records, email support@huncut.store.
Your choices
You may deny location permission, use manual city selection, disable iCloud for the app and manage purchases in Apple Account settings.
