Keep a purchase ready for what comes next. Tiquora connects your receipt to a return or warranty case, from the first message to the result you record.
Suggested details. Check each field before saving.
Select the affected products and move through preparation, contact, sending or handover, waiting and closure. Keep notes, contact details, a manual tracking reference and a dated record of your conversations. Choose the next action and its reminder time.
Use practical checklists and edit messages for a return, a defect or a refund follow-up. Share a case summary PDF, its timeline and selected original files through iOS. You choose the recipient and send the message yourself.
Enter partial or full refunds only when you confirm the money arrived. Record the amount, currency and date; different currencies stay separate. Close a case with a refund, repair, replacement, declined request or cancellation.
You enter the deadlines and confirm the seller’s terms. Guides and messages do not establish return rights or shop policies. Recognition can make mistakes: check dates and amounts. Notifications need permission; reopen the app regularly to update a large reminder queue.

Free: 20 purchases and one active case, with all its tools. Close a case to start another.
Pro removes both limits: unlimited purchases and active cases. Choose a monthly or annual subscription, or a lifetime purchase.
Monthly and annual plans are charged to your Apple Account. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
Pro Lifetime: One-time payment. No subscription.
If Pro ends, your data stays accessible and you can finish existing cases. Free limits apply to new purchases and new or reopened cases.

Reminders
Returns: 3 days and 1 day before. Optional warranties: 30 days before. At 09:00 local time. For example: contact the store or check whether the refund arrived. Choose your own date.
More future alerts are queued. Open the app regularly to schedule them. Currently scheduled through.
Your backup
Backups include saved purchases, cases, refunds and original files. Store your export somewhere you trust; it is not password protected.
Purchases and original documents remain until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Device backups and exported copies are separate: manage or delete these at their destination. Support correspondence is received only when you contact us, and is kept only as needed to answer your request.
