Eligibility and device
Use the app only if you may legally accept these terms in your country. Keep your device and Apple Account secure. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's use when local law requires consent or supervision.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended personal purpose. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, bypass technical protections, exploit errors, extract bundled content for redistribution or use it for unlawful or harmful activity. You are responsible for any names or other content you enter on your device.
Purchases and subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions unlock all 36 sessions, unlimited notes and actions, favorites and future content packs while active. The annual plan offers a seven-day free trial to eligible users, then renews at the displayed annual price. Cancel in Apple Account subscriptions at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends to avoid renewal. The lifetime non-consumable is a single payment for current and future content while MentorCards remains available; it has no renewal. Prices and eligibility shown by Apple at checkout apply. Apple handles payments and refunds. Expired Premium entries remain readable, exportable and deletable.
Availability and updates
MentorCards requires an iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Bundled sessions and local entries work offline; purchases and restoration require Apple's services and an internet connection. Future quarterly packs arrive through app updates, not a content server. The app supports reflection, not medical, legal or financial advice, and does not connect you to a human mentor.
Intellectual property
The app, artwork, software, bundled content, text and JOHN ESCOBAR brand are owned by JOHN ESCOBAR or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Do not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Stopping use and data
In Settings, export your data as JSON or delete all notes, actions, history and favorites. Deleting the app removes its local data. Purchase restoration restores Premium, not your entries. Exported copies and device backups are managed separately by you and Apple; the app cannot delete those copies.

Contact support@huncut.store. Hungarian law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer rights under EU law or the law of your habitual residence. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies as incorporated by the App Store.
