Information handled by the app

Notes, actions, favorites and progress are stored locally on this iPhone. The app does not synchronize with iCloud or send these entries to the developer. Reminders are local and optional. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, AI services or developer servers. Apple processes purchases.

Permissions

The app may ask for the following Apple system permissions only when the related feature is used:

• Notifications — deliver reminders you explicitly enable.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Huncut receives transaction status and product entitlement information needed to unlock features, not your full payment-card details. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

Notifications

Any reminders are scheduled through Apple’s notification system after permission is granted. You can disable them in iOS Settings › Notifications › this app.

External services and recipients

Apple processes payment and verified purchase entitlements under its own privacy policy. The developer receives no payment-card details. MentorCards does not send your notes or actions to Apple through an app-operated synchronization service.

Retention

Local entries remain until you delete them or the app. Save a JSON export before changing devices or deleting the app. Exported copies and system-managed device backups follow your chosen storage and Apple settings. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to answer your request and meet legal duties.

Delete your data

In Settings, export your data as JSON or delete all notes, actions, history and favorites. Deleting the app removes its local data. Purchase restoration restores Premium, not your entries. Exported copies and device backups are managed separately by you and Apple; the app cannot delete those copies.

Your choices

You can disable reminders in iPhone notification settings and export or delete entries in the app. If you email support, your contact details and message are used to answer you on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing support, or to meet a legal duty. Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of that correspondence, object to its processing, or complain to a supervisory authority, including Hungary's NAIH.

Children

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children. Huncut does not knowingly build profiles of children or use targeted advertising.

Changes

This policy will be updated when app features, permissions or integrated services materially change. The date above identifies the current version of the notice.
