LoveLab: Love Calculator Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of LoveLab: Love Calculator, published under the HunCut brand. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Eligibility and device
Use the app only if you may legally accept these terms in your country. Keep your device and Apple Account secure. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's use when local law requires consent or supervision.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended personal purpose. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, bypass technical protections, exploit errors, extract bundled content for redistribution or use it for unlawful or harmful activity. You are responsible for any names or other content you enter on your device.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the price, billing period and any eligible trial before confirmation. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple Account settings. Refunds follow Apple's rules and applicable law. Restore Purchases grants only access supported by a verified Apple transaction.
Availability and updates
The app requires a compatible device and supported iOS version. Core bundled content may work offline, while purchases, restoration, iCloud sync, notifications or other Apple services can require connectivity and system availability. HunCut may fix, improve, add or retire features through updates, without excluding rights that cannot legally be limited.
Intellectual property
The app, artwork, software, bundled content, text and HunCut brand are owned by HunCut or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Do not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Stopping use and data
You may stop using the app at any time and uninstall it. Uninstalling removes local app data; private iCloud copies and Apple's purchase records are managed separately as described in the app's privacy policy. Terms concerning purchases, ownership, liability and applicable law continue where necessary.

Questions: support@huncut.store. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where incorporated by the App Store. Mandatory consumer protections and the law of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
